All of our clothing is made for ultimate performance on a Padel court. Padel is our ultimate passion and we devote to it.
That being said, the clothes are perfect for any type of sport, including all racket sports.
Our price point is both a choice and a consequence of our design and production process.
Indeed, we decide to produce in Portugal in order to guarantee the best materials and quality.
On top of that, we aim to make our Padel wear unique and the most valuable on the market. For that reason, we only want to address the customers that will represent the same passion that we have.
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We invest a lot in product quality, but sometimes defects can happen or sizes do not fit (please make sure to check our size guides).
Depending on how the product has been handled, we offer a full refund. If left unopened, your refund is guaranteed within the two weeks of buying.
If you need to change the size, not a problem, but we reserve the rights to ask for shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging and you must keep proof of purchase.
Please understand that we also reserve the rights to refuse a refund (or exchange) if a product has been worn or damaged.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to organise a replacement at our own cost.
All payments are currently processed with STRIPE's security standards.
Deliveries throughout Europe should be within 7 business days however it is safer to expect orders to arrive within two weeks of ordering. You will be notified through email and/or SMS.
